Senior Project Manager

Computer Resource Team is searching for a Sr. Project Manager with experience with Microsoft CRM 3.0 in the Charlottesville, VA area. This is a contract to hire position.

The successful candidate is a technical project manager who has experience implementing and maintaining enterprise applications. Candidates should possess a project management degree or certification and a working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS environments. Experience with Microsoft CRM 3.0 including workflow logic and application callout development is required. Candidates should also be comfortable in front of crowds and have the ability to tailor his or her message to different audiences, both technical and non-technical.

Position Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of project management or equivalent experience
* Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL and Databases
* PMI (Product Management Institute) coursework or certification
* High level understanding of databases and programming
* Understanding of product lifecycles, creating specifications, designing mockups 
* Experience with enterprise system implementations, including project planning and requirements analysis
* Experience developing and maintaining Microsoft CRM 3.0. Understanding of application callouts, workflow logic, and Microsoft Jscript
* Basic understanding of financial concepts 
* Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to tailor communication to any audience
* BA or BS in Computer Science, Finance or related field
