PCG is currently hiring proven Senior Project Managers with Financial Services, Insurance, Brokerage, Mortgage, Health Care, and Banking experience to drive some of the largest, most visible projects at the premier organizations in Minneapolis / St. Paul.

 

Required Skills:7-10 years experience managing large, complex projects utilizing a cross-functional team to accomplish stated objectives Focused on solving problems and delivering resultsMaintain full awareness of project statuses, assigned resources, issues and budget implications. Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices Exposure to multiple project management methodologies and tools Ability to relate well at all levels of an organization, building the appropriate rapport, as well as constructive and effective relationshipsA demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguitySuperior written and oral communication skills Skilled at delivering executive level presentations Ability to adapt to new processes, tools and environments Ability to drive a project / team to successful resultsProven Business Analysis skills are desired as well PMP Certification is a plus but not required
