Accomplish project on time/budget. Responsible for planning tasks/budget. Responsible for Resource assignment. Monitor/track/report progress against plan. Identify requirements of the customers and translates them into parameters to drive business change. Documents Client requirements. Understand common best practices for business processes and communicates them to the business representatives. Collaborate with application designer-builders and business representatives to develop high-level business process designs and entity models. Identifies and plans high-level organizational change within the organization. Participates in and/or leads design workshops and work sessions with business representatives. Work with Client to define design requirements and additional system requirements as needed. Participate in the testing process including providing input for detailed test planning. Works with the Database Administrator (DBA) to modify the data model and to coordinate data definitions with other applications. Participates in Work Product Reviews. 3-5 years aerospace manufacturing or financial experience desirable. US Citizenship. Position is located in Woodbridge, VA. 10+ years Project Management, including 5+ years technical or engineering project management. 3+years MS Project& Client interface/management.
