We are currently looking for SharePoint 2007 MOSS Developers to join us and deliver solutions to our clients in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

· General Requirements:

o Must have good business consulting skills

o Customer focused attitude in dealing with internal customers

o Must have excellent application design and programming skills

o Must be familiar with all phases of the application development lifecycle

o Accuracy in project sizing and estimation (duration) is required

o Previous experience with designing, coding, and testing web-based applications built on the .NET Framework utilizing c# is required

o Self starter and motivated individual

o Superb self-management skills

o Aptitude for innovation and process improvement

· Technical Requirements include proficiency with the following

o Microsoft .NET Framework v1.2 and v2.0 (v3.0 a plus)

o Web development languages (ASP.NET, C#)

o SharePoint 2007 Site Design, Configuration and Customization

o HTML, CSS, XML/XSLT and/or SilverLight knowledge/experience

o Previous work experience in all phases of SDLC (Microsoft framework preferred)

· Business Need:

o Designing and implementing complex MOSS applications that will help organize information and give users the ability to manage business and sales processes.

o Develop MOSS applications where information is created stored and managed by multiple users.  The site will provide a critical need to provide end users the ability to find, identify and manage business critical information.
