We would love to talk to you!Responsibilities: - WORKSHOP FACILITATION: You will scope, schedule and facilitate workshops with senior management and SMEs of our client to discover, document, analyze and optimize retail and supply chain business processes;- PROCESS MODELING: You will learn an advanced process modeling notation and will utilize BPM modeling tools to develop hierarchical architecture of manual and automated business processes, capturing organizational and process models, data and system workflows, describing the roles, activities, inputs and outputs of retail and supply chain processes;- SYSTEMS ANALYSIS: You will evaluate the system process flows within client's Retail and Supply Chain applications, identifying improvement opportunities and documenting business requirements, functional specifications and test plans. - 5+ years of Business Process Analysis/Business Systems Analysis(BPA / BSA) experience with focus on Retail and Supply Chain processes and applications is required;- Strong written and oral communication skills are required;- Experience with process modeling techniques and applications is a plus;- Prior consulting experience is a plus.- BA/BS requiredNice to Have Experience:- Experience managing the Order Replenishment process RESPOND HERE!
