Apptis is looking for a Senior System Engineer to join our team in Clarksburg, West Virginia!

The Contractor shall conduct engineering activities in support of the N-DEx development effort. These activities shall include, but not be limited to:  Provide development and engineering support to the ITMS PMO in the areas of information sharing, Extensible Markup Language (XML), data bases, Global Justice XML Data Model (GJXDM), and National Information Exchange Model (NIEM). Review and assess existing N-DEx submission specifications and data requirements and provide recommendations to the ITMS PMO. Work with the ITMS PMO and stakeholders to refine existing data submission specification requirements. Asist in the development of a data model for the N-DEx submission which captures all of the requirements and relationships leading to the development of a submission Information Exchange Package Documentation (IEPD). Asist in the development of the N-DEx submission IPED and other IEPD's as deemed necessary. The IPED will follow the guidance provided in the GJXDM IEPD Guidelines.
