This project requires dedicated, technical, adaptable individuals to assist with the client implementations, conversions and system improvements.You will be helping to lead a core team of similar minded developers responsible for the design, development and implementation of LMS/Baan projects for new and/or existing clients.A Sr. Systems Engineer reports to a Development Manager and is responsible for understanding business requirements as well as developing and implementing solutions that fit nicely into the overall offering and meet customer expectations.The primary functions of this job include participating in interpreting business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with other functional experts to design solutions, resolve business critical issues, and providing extensive support to our end customers.Additionally this position requires the ability to multi-task and to complete projects under tight timelines. Strong organizational skills are a must.
