Synopsis of Position: Develop high level and detailed level Services Architecture for cutting edge mobility data services that achieves its business case and fulfill operational requirement.
- Services Architecture includes new wireless data product offerings, end to end wireless usage, policy and controls that involves 3GPP R5,R6, R7, standards, offline systems in support of activation, provisioning, mediation, customer care, rating, billing and charging frameworks.
- Must collaborate across cross functional teams, product development, offer management, technical subject matter experts, engineering and operations to achieve the most optimal architecture.
- The architecture is required to pass a formal review process and achieve consensus across all stakeholders.
- Must understand how to validate the recommended architecture.
- Utilize Product Realization, TNRP and PDP processes to lead these projects.

Responsibilities/Requirements
- Review project requests from marketing and product development and provide feasibility analysis.
- Provide architectural options, functionality, gaps/risks, high level time and cost estimates and derive to a recommended architecture.
- Critically review business case, operational requirements, and service description.
- Create High Level Architectures (HLAs) further developing Detailed Architectures (DAs), Lab plans and FOA plans for these products.
- Issue RFI/RFPs to vendors as needed.
- Work with supply chain to support contractual dependencies (if needed).
- 6 years minimum experience required in end to end wireless data systems inclusive of OSS and Business Systems.
- Direct experience of design and architecting end to end service architectures for GSM/GPRS wireless.

Bachelors degree required in relevant areas of study.
