About CRM Practice:Infosys' CRM practice is one of the fastest growing practices in Infosys and has an experienced & competent resource pool in custom build solutions who have executed numerous successful engagements across various industry verticals. The practice has served its clients in engagements involving services like consulting and change management services, package evaluation, implementation& rollouts, upgrade, program management, integration with other systems, enhancements and support.Key Responsibilities: 1. Design reviews for all strategic & large projects2. Approach finalization for small, medium and large projects3. Application scalability related architecture decisions 4. Design and implementation consultation on multiple projects5. Architectural improvements and stabilization projects 6. Technical assistance on project reviews and guidance on recommendation implementations7. Participate in design reviews and work with Lead  Architects8. Production Support team queries9. Root Cause Analysis assistance to production support teams10. Impact analysis critical hardware/software changes to production based on the complexity12. Providing technical directions to strategic teams13. Ability to be hands on if reqiured Technical Skills required:1. Should have worked in an Architect/Lead Engineer role2. Experience in design patterns  3. 3-4 Years Java/J2EE/JSP4. 3-4 years experience in CRM spaceBehavioral Skills required:- Ability to work in a team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively- Strong organizational and analytical skills- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills- Strong client interfacing skills- Requirements gathering- Should have 7 to 14 years of relevent experience Education:- Bachelor's required.
