Modis is one of the world's largest and most respected providers of Information Technology Resource Management (ITRM) services and solutions.  Today, Modis delivers world-class ITRM solutions to over 2,000 clients in the United States, Canada, and Europe.Modis is currently seeking a Sr. Sytems engineer for a Multi year engagement with a large Government Integrator.******US Citizenship required *****Location: Fort Detrick, MD 21702 Job Description:Prerequisites:  · Bachelor’s degree· Systems engineering experience with full-life cycle product development. 8 years of experience · Ability to communicate complex technical and business matters in a written and oral manner· Experience with UNIX, Apache, Windows, Oracle, Web Services, Web Platforms and .NET architecture· Experience in using software QA  processes to include peer reviews, commence reviews· Knowledge of CMM format and processes· Experience in working in highly matrixes organizations with multiple reporting lines and project priorities· Knowledge of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) Active Directory/Collaborative Forest (AD/CF)· PowerBuilder development experience (PowerBuilder 10 experience a plus)· SQL (preferably Oracle’s PL/SQL)· Windows based development· C#/.NET experience a plusRequirements: · Provide systems engineering support for the client.
