Service Control Representative

Description Organization: Application Outsourcing Location: Wilmington, DE  People within the Client Operations-AO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location.  Our AO resources can expect to:  Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients. Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas Enjoy our comprehensive and generous benefits package  In this role, the Service Control Representative will provide end to end support for the a specific suite of applications.  This involves responding to phone calls during normal business hours and handling on-call phone and other support during non-business hours as warranted by customer needs and Service Level Agreement (SLAs) response time commitments.  Qualifications  Basic Qualifications:  3 years of MS Excel experience 3 years of MS Word experience 2 years of technical support  Responsibilities:  Understands how the client application is used by customers0020 Enters and maintains call and problem information Takes responsibility for the integrity and maintenance of the problem, question and request Take ownership and care of Problem, Question, and Requests to the customer’s satisfactory results. Recognize issues; take ownership and drives to resolution with minimal supervision. Provides after hours support Accountable for end-to-end problem resolution. Responsible for ensuring that the SLA (Service Level Agreement) is at or exceeds the maximum expected service level. Assigned specific areas of responsibility/deliverables.
