Are you a very organized person good at maintaining and managing schedules?  Do you like Technology and enjoy working with people?  If so, we would like to talk to you!  Streamline Networks is seeking a highly organized person to join our team as our Service Coordinator/Dispatch.  We are a Los Angeles based IT consulting firm that provides comprehensive IT services and full end-to-end IT support for small and mid-sized companies.  We are looking to fill the position of Service Coordinator. 

 

Responsibilities:

As the Service Coordinator, you will manage and maintain our engineer’s schedules, interface with our clients, route incoming service calls, and follow-up with our clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:High School Education, AA Degree or Higher Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record Reliable automobile and proof of insurance Proof of US Citizenship or Green Card Speak, Read and Write English Fluently Effective time management and organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Perform quality work with a minimal amount of supervision in a fast paced environment

 

Additionally, all candidates must pass a background check.

 

Minimum Technical Skills

Good understanding of Windows & MS Office, previous experience with scheduling or CRM software.
