Position: Service Coordinator/Help Desk

RelianceNet is a Strategic Technology Advisor serving mid-market and growing clients in the Mid-Atlantic area.  Founded in 1994, we are a small, privately-owned business and a great place to work.  We have a close-knit team and high expectations.

 

We provide technical, project management and managed services and are certified partners with Microsoft Gold, HP, Cisco, etc. We are also a reseller of computer products.

 

Key responsibilities include:Coordinating and planning IT resourcesManaging and growing existing customer relationshipsProject coordination and management for customer projectsManagement of partner relationshipsMaintaining client knowledgebasesProvide metrics and reporting on services utilization and forecasting to management

Desired experience and qualifications:Excellent leadership and people management skills Project management experience Excellent verbal and presentation skillsCollege degree  Technical passion and consultative skillsProven experience managing schedules, projects and IT resourcesProven experience working with customers to grow company revenueDemonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems

The successful candidate will enjoy challenge, be able to multi-task, provide thoughtful leadership, and have a natural management style that is direct, respectful of all and effective.
