Service Delivery Manager

CIBER is looking for an experienced Site Manager / Client Liaison to provide onsite Customer Support in Houston, TX.  Candidate must have a minimum of 5 – 7 years experience providing daily customer support and involvement addressing multiple department service objectives.  In addition, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a requirement to meet the objectives of this position.  Ideal candidate should also have experience in documentation of processes and procedures, report development, meeting facilitation, emphasis on providing and meeting Customer requests with focus on customer satisfaction and a solid understanding of Helpdesk operations.  Qualifications should include:  Bachelors Degree in Business or ISSolid experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OutlookUnderstanding of Network Infrastructure operationsReport Development, Crystal Reporting a plusProven track record managing Customer RelationsPrevious experience managing a Helpdesk environmentAbility to manage to Service Level AgreementsITIL Foundation Certified a plusCIBER, Inc.
