Service Desk Representative I

UMPhysicians seeks a full-time Service Desk Representative I to serve as the first point of contact for end user requests concerning email, application, desktop, and network incidents.  This position will troubleshoot to resolution via remote control access or escalate issues to tier 2 staff or management.  Additional responsibilities include assuming ownership of support requests, documenting & tracking troubleshooting steps using Service Desk software and providing status updates to customers. 

 

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 yrs experience working on a Service Desk and proven skills regarding desktop, server and application support.
