Automated Office Systems is an authorized Canon Dealer seeking an energetic & self-motivated Field Service Technician to install and repair Canon's world famous electronic and award winning brand of digital office solution products to our clients in Billing, MT.

Position Description:
We are seeking a Field Service Technician with great customer service and technical/electronic skills who is looking to make a difference. In this position, you will be traveling locally to help clients in your assigned territory. The Service Technician will be responsible for field service calls for Canon & other brand printers, fax machines, printers, and other document imaging equipment as well as electrical and mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance and routine scheduled maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- On-site repair, trouble shooting, installation and maintenance of Canon analog and digital copiers, fax machines, multifunctional and digital products
- Effectively & clearly communicate service objectives to client
- Prepare estimates and administer service contracts to B2B (Business to Business) clients
- Committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations through positive and professional attitude

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years industry experience repairing printers, copiers, faxes or multifunctional equipment is highly preferred but not required
- Possess strong mechanical/technical aptitude, knowledge of basic electronics with ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Experience and/or Degree in Technical/Electronics/Mechanical field
- Basic knowledge of Computer and Networking
- Excellent customer service skills are essential
- Self-motivated, Energetic, and can work independently and part of a team
- Certification and or training in copier brands desirable
- Good driving record highly desirable
