Day to Day Work Interface with program clients to provide procurement interface for purchasing materials and labor utilizing Oracle SSP5, CostPoint, and PRelay. Create requisitions in PRelay for both suppliers and contractors. Maintain SPOs and CPOs created in PRelay. Assist in resolving subcontractor PO and contractor issues. Create Oracle SSP5 and CostPoint requisitions. Receive invoices against Oracle and CostPoint purchase orders. Assist in resolving vendor issues. Maintain complete purchasing files from requisition thru receipt via physical files as well as through inventory database utilization.
