As the first point of contact, this representative will be required to verbally assist users with questions and problems with applications. Job Responsibilities: Providing phone support to end users at a law firm. Support, troubleshoot and advise end users in areas related to Office suite software in a legal environment. Requirements: Job Requirements: Windows 2000/XP, Microsoft Office 2003 (includes Access, Excel, Visio), iManage, Compare Rite/Full Authority, LAW FIRM BACKGROUND HIGHLY DESIRABLE. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, including macros. Advanced knowledge of remote access applications. MOUS certifications preferred. Effective communication skills with unskilled and highly-skilled PC users. Must be able to interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds. Ability to make quick and clear decisions in accordance with Williams Lea and client site policy.
