Software Engineer - CMM2 Developer - TS/SCI with CI or full-scope poly.  Job Code: GCSD02081121  Job Description: Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java services for a complex web services system. Perform development in a multi-contractor, multi-location environment.  Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years experience. Position requires a current TS/SCI with CI or full-scope poly.  Experience: At least 6 years spent designing and developing complex Java systems for the government or industry. At least 3-4 years of Java development experience. At least 1-2 years of experience with web services, with exposure to SOA. At least 1-2 years of experience developing complex systems utilizing a significant amount of COTS. Understanding of disciplined software development process (CMMi). Extensive experience with the development and deployment of Java web services. Current SOA understanding, both theory and tools, a plus. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Software experience utilizing Rational ClearCase a plus. System discrepancy reporting experience using ClearQuest a plus.
