Position Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be part of a strong development team using cutting edge technologies and will be responsible for developing web-based and Salesforce.com solutions as well as Salesforce.com administration. The successful candidate will work closely with the application development manager, project managers, business owners and fellow developers on a variety of projects from inception through completion, including scope definition, process reengineering, solution design, technology evaluation, development, implementation and project management. Strong analytical, change management and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in application development including 1-2 years developing in .NET and Salesforce.com as well as experience with Salesforce.com administration. Programming Skills: C# 2.0, ASP.NET 2.0, ADO.NET 2.0, XML, Web Services, SOAP 1.1 and 1.2 Salesforce.com Skills: Sales, Support and Marketing administration techniques including customizing layouts, developing s-controls, managing workflows, and role and profile management. Database Skills: SQL Server 2000/2005 development. Concepts: Understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), N-Tier architecture and Microsoft Patterns & Practices.

Desired Skills/Experience: Advanced Salesforce.com experience including Apex development, territory management and customizable forecasting Microsoft Sharepoint 2007 development experience Microsoft Framework: .NET Framework 3.0 with an emphasis on Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)

Interactions: Will work closely with members of the business and the IT management team to establish project requirements and deadlines
