This group partners with The Permanente Company and Permanente Medical and other Kaiser medical groups around the country to foster clinical systems development.As a seasoned professional you will be responsible for the design, organization and assessment multiple database design activities across multiple IT projects. + Working with IT and Business partners in developing the roadmaps to deliver complex projects and demonstrate comfort navigating barriers to achieve intended outcomes.+ Participates in integrated systems planning and recommends alternative technologies that will enhance current or anticipated information systems that support overall corporate and business goals.+ Using the deep technical experience in performing the composition and decomposition of system solutions and related processes required to support large regional and national contact center initiatives.+ Acts as SME, maintains current knowledge of call center application systems, interfaces, reporting processes, and data capture.+ May participate and/or develop project plans. Will identify and coordinate with other project managers and implements schedule deadlines as appropriate. Will provides on-going project management and status reporting at all levels.+ Describing solution and sourcing options and solution designs in the context of defined IT National Strategy for Contact Centers.+ Defining, documenting and reviewing requirements (business, user, functional, non-functional, etc) and performing solution design and solution alternate analysis.+ Performing design reviews on a regular and on-going basis to maximize performance, ensure business satisfaction, and alignment with IT strategy.+ Working well in dynamic, structured environment, leading and guiding discussions from solutions architecture and analysis perspective.+ Participates in providing logical/physical input to Operations areas to enable integration of new systems into current infrastructure.+ Coordinates the development of comprehensive business cases with cost, service, and benefit dimensions of proposed projects that are used at management and executive levels for funding and scope decisions.+ Consults on business process reengineering.+ Will offer entrepreneurial role in defining, selling, and qualifying the implementation of new technologies based on applicability, strategic implications, costs/investments, operational objectives, financial objectives, and competitive advantage. + The successful candidate must have significant experience working in a team environment and in large organization with the following skills:The ability to effectively define and execute IT strategy, and delivering results.o Experience in supporting complex Call Center technology environments with is highly desirable o Significant experience in developing architecture following a standard framework.o 3-5 years experience in database design and demonstrated ability with CA Erwin is preferable.o Comfortable presenting to senior business and IT management including delivering difficult messages.o The ability to reduce problems to their essential core, and develop a solution by introducing additional details in a way that manages complexity. o The ability and willingness to challenge business assumptions and motivate the team to develop strategically aligned solutions.o The ability to foster collaboration and deliver solution through cross functional and diverse teams. o The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, able to tailor the communication to the audience i.e. high level and detailed. o The ability to listen and welcome new ideas.o The ability and drive to realize your vision working through others. The ability to challenge and mentor the team members.o Significant experience in evaluating software packages and working with application vendors and system integrators.o Be a self-starter catalyst, motivated to solve complex technical challenges with creative ideas and solutions.The successful candidate will have 8+ years experience with at least 5 years in a senior analyst role, contact or call center experience highly desirable, a BA/BS (MS or CS/MIS or MBA preferred), experiences in health plan environments highly desirable, experiences in provider/clinical environments a plus, be a strong technical generalist with experiences in business analysis, applications design and development, data management, distributed services and agile architectures, and business intelligence and reporting, expertise in system development life cycle methodologies, and complex computing technology alternatives. Highly desirable is practical, hands-on experience with projects of increasing scope/scale in a globally recognized organization with an emphasis in delivering complex enterprise-level integrated solutions preferably in the healthcare industry.
