Specialized Desktop Trainer

Mindful Solutions LLC, a Cambridge MA-based technology training and consulting firm, is looking for a trainer who can work in a diverse and challenging environment, teaching new employees core PC and Microsoft technology, as well as customized proprietary forms and processes.

1099 Contractor Position




Commitment:


1 to three days per week (typically 7am to 3pm with hour lunch break) Potential for more days.





Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualifications:

          Bachelors Degree, or equivalent education
Mastery of MS Office 2003 Products 
(Extreme proficiency with Office required. Microsoft Office Specialist or MCSA certification a plus. Office 2007 knowledge a plus.)


Corporate training or teaching experience

Ability to learn and retain information quickly

Extraordinary communication skills

Outstanding interpersonal skills

Ability to get to client site in Boston, and to start workday early AMMustbe highly skilled at training students from the very basic computer skills level to advanced


Comfortable in an often more casual corporate environment

Flexibility & Adjustability




Evaluation Period:


Trainer will undergo evaluation period to ensure position is a fit with Mindful Solutions and client


Training:


There will be a period of training, which will be paid. Pay rate will increase at completion of training, and acceptance of position.





Pay Rate:




Pay rate commensurate with experience and qualifications
