Sr. Business Analyst - Cruise while you work!

Sr. Business Analyst
Travel to various ships as required by Projects. Travel ranges from 3 days to 5 weeks.  May require travel to dry docks and less than comfortable accommodation maybe necessary. Standard work week (M-F 8am - 5pm): some weekend work maybe required.  These projects require a higher level of complexity, and on many occasions, the Analyst will be performing as a PM.

Scope of work:
1- Work with IT, Business and Vendors to write Business requirements.
2- Understand systems/application to recommend alternatives and assist the Hotel Business group.
3- Meet with Business partners to validate and consolidate requirements.
4- Interface with PMO to assist in developing the Project Plan.
5- Partner with PM and maintain the business communication responsibility.
6- Assist Business with UAT, Training, Operational changes and Deployment.
7- Follow the Change Management and Certification process.
8- Responsible for Business, Vendor & IT communication to set expectation and reduce risk.
9- Work with Business groups and IT to deliver results.

Required skills/competencies:
1- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
2- Experience as a Business Analyst
3- Experience in working directly with business
4- Knowledge of application lifecycle
5- Experience in testing strategies & writing test scripts.
6- Persuasion and interpersonal skills
7- Travel & work schedule flexibility.
8- Hospitality experience is a +
9- Must have work/travel visa/permission
