 Sr. Business Analyst

Mentors team members through all phases of the business solution development process

Accountable for providing technical guidance or business process expertise
Directly aligns to a project or key function and serves as a lead and subject matter expert on the project
Provides technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members
Works with business partners to define needs in alignment with business priorities and assesses impact on business processes
Accountable for the documentation of requirements and manages teams of individuals working on large, highly complex projects across the enterprise
Ensures BA Best Practices are effectively implemented and adhered to
Supports highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions across multiple departments or lines of business
Innovative in identifying, proposing and executing short and long term solutions
Strong partnership building, and negotiating skills required
Proven ability to communicate and interface successfully with multiple customers and all levels within the organization
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and influence without control

Requirements:
Business Analyst Certification and Property and Casualty insurance is a must
Team oriented, Solutions driven individual with a team and customer focused philosophy
MS Office Suite. Strong problem solving skills and abilities

Education and Certifications:
Bachelors Degree 7-10 Years of Experience
