Responsibilities

IDT is currently searching for an experienced Senior SAP SD Analyst for an immediate opening. This position manages the planning, development, rollout and transition of functional business applications and enhancements. The job requires a strong Order-To-Cash Business knowledge with special emphasis on CRM / Pricing tool like Azerity/Zalliant.  Lead and collaborate across businesses and IT to ensure that technical design meets the business requirements and IT strategy on Order Management processes and standards Lead and participate in program/projects and contribute to the design, development and implementation of IT solutions related to Order Management and Revenue management systems Required to analyze the business requirements and configure  Revenue management system and SAP systems to meet the overall design Defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.Sets priorities, manages schedules, and assures quality/timely releases of required business functionality through system deployments and business process changes.Participates in software evaluation/selection projects when new systems capabilities are required. Determines if the application meets business needs and is supportable and extendable.Committed to gaining exposure to multiple applications while further developing the career.Manage and develop the off shore team in Penang Malaysia.Manage all contractors and external projects that work on applications.Work without day-to-day supervision and handles most unique situations

Requirements

 

· BS or MS degree in a supply chain or IT-related field, and a minimum of 6-8 years experience in SAP and CRM / Revenue Management package.

· Business Warehouse experience in a high-growth semiconductor company is strongly preferred.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills. Clear focus under pressure.

· Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

· Ability to communicate with highly technical management teams.

· Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence.

 

General:

· Must be able to take a hands on approach with the team, must be able to contribute to the actual requirements creation and business process definition activities.

 

· Must have experience in complete life cycle management of an application architecture which includes but is not limited to:

-  Requirements gathering and documentation methodologies, include requirements change control procedures

-  Application design, including technology/application selection

-  Development methodologies and project tracking

-  Source control and defect tracking

-  Application feature enhancement and bug tracking processes, procedures and tools.

-  Release control

-  Documentation, deployment and training.
