Job Purpose

· The CRM Administrator is responsible for executing day-to-day operations for Salesforce.com including CRM, Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Customer Service. These applications support the company’s key business units consisting of sales, marketing, business development, channel management, and customer support. 

 

Key Tasks

CRM Administration

· Maintain current system configuration; manage all Salesforce.com projects, enhancements, and support/maintain our existing Salesforce.com instance

· Maintain overall system configuration and support the interdependent applications including Hoovers and Google Adwords

· On-going assessment of the effectiveness of the application, ensure the quality of the information maintained in the system, and stay abreast of organizational changes or business process improvements and adapt the application appropriately

· Develop and deliver training materials on Salesforce.com-related processes for business and operations users.

· Ensure data integrity and audit reporting to monitor the effectiveness of the system and accuracy of the data

· Enforce Sales rules of engagement

 

Reporting

· Posses strong orientation toward detail and ability to work well under tight deadlines

· Assist executive management in the creation and modification of reports and custom dashboards

· Provide pipeline and customer reports for senior management at the corporate level

· Create database, design, data management, and data reporting systems based on business requirements

· Analyze data, especially by subsets and summary statistics

· Help integrate data and charts for executive level presentations as needed

 

Technical Skills

· Demonstrated experience with multiple software packages, spreadsheet manipulation, and reporting

· 1+ years experience with Salesforce.com or a combination of Salesforce.com and other CRM platforms with experience in configuration, customization and reporting

· Solid understanding of accounts, leads, opportunities, and contacts

· Strong business process, analytical, and problem solving skills

· Strong working knowledge of relational databases design concepts and data management. Experience with data warehouses and reporting tools a major plus

· Business acumen including a good sense of how a CRM application can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line

· Knowledge of sales and marketing processes and organizations with the ability to effectively communicate with and train field users and sales management

· Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across user groups

· A quick learner who enjoys a stretching role within a fast moving and dynamic environment

· College Degree preferred
