As a Sr. Customer Service Representative, based out of our Naperville, IL office, Whitmore Lake, MI office or your own home office, your primary mission will be to apply your understanding of our clients’ business needs to position Tectura’s service offerings and support programs to our existing customers, ensuring a high rate of contract renewal, along with identification of additional products, services and technologies for follow-up by Tectura’s field sales team. Your experience with solutions sales in the mid-market or enterprise space will enable you to hit the ground running. Your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics products or similar technology solutions will be key as you work to build rapport with customers, gaining an understanding of their technology needs and positioning Tectura as a solution.
