Sr. Consultant - E-Auth/PKI SME

Location: VA/DCRelocation: noPerformance Profile: Successful candidates should be knowledgeable about and be able to brief project team on E-Auth polices & procedures. Past experience working with legal and policy frameworks (NIST 800-63) is a plus but at a minimum should be able to support and explain E-Auth requirements for Boarding, legal suite review and go live processing. Communications on regular basis with government project personnel on status of projects, issues and solutions to resolution will be key.Position-specific Requirements: - 5+ years experience with policies and procedures and how they map to the Identity Management (IDM) program and its requirements.- 5+ years PKI experience with RSA, ClearTrust, and Microsoft Certificate Authorities is highly desirable along with Hardware Security Module configuration and deployment experience. - 3+ years experience with standard certificate policies i.e. Registration Practice Statement (RPS), Certificate Policy (CP) Certificate Practice Statement (CPS).- 5+ years of relevant consultative experience. - 5+ years experience in information security field including access management, single sign-on, Java-based applications, experience with web servers and E-Auth type programs (CAs SiteMinder etc) and their configuration for proper security- US CitizenPosition-desired Requirements:- Individual must demonstrate ability to resolve conflicts while remaining within the policy guidelines of the program.- Consistent demonstration of creative solutions to problems is a plus. - Must be highly motivated individual who is success driven and willing to go beyond the call of duty to ensure success and maintain high degree of customer satisfaction. -- Must be able to work independently yet contribute to the overall success of the team must be able to demonstrate confidence and authority when meeting with customer teams demonstrable strong problem solving skills.- Candidate must have excellent written and oral skills, be able to lead and facilitate meetings and discussions must be able to provide briefings to customer and related personnel on technologies, architecture, state-of-the-art of identity management. - Must be able to review technical specs and provide suitable feedback, must be able to manage Project plans, use case requirements specs, design specs and provide on-going status reviews, brief project teams on requirements and provide technical support to customer project teams.BearingPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability or any other basis covered by law.
