Sr. Data Security Implementation Consultant
nuBridges Professional Services team is committed to guiding our customers to success through implementing nuBridges solutions. This hands-on technical position involves working remotely with customers over the phone as well as onsite implementing our solutions. It also involves working with the field teams with customization and programming support remotely. This is a high visibility position on the forefront of technology in a high-tech early stage environment which breeds an 'entrepreneurial' spirit and passion. Our ProServ team works very closely with Sales to deliver value to the market and have fun while doing so – we are a very results and revenue oriented group with very seasoned team members. The position also provides an opportunity to grow and diversify with the needs of the company. It is a full time/contract-to-perm opportunity.
Essential Job Functions:
The primary focus of the position will be on providing remote or onsite configuration, installation, training, and issue resolution services to nuBridges customers.
· Implements software at client sites with high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
· Configures and tests software solutions for delivery to clients.
· Provides consulting services to clients and prospects as they relate to the configuration and functionality of the nuBridges solution.
· Work with customer to define hardware, system, software and network configurations required for implementation of nuBridges Secure Data Management solutions within customer technical landscape.
· Works with internal cross functional Development/Services teams to resolve Change Requests and other custom deliverables.
· Delivers Proof of Concepts on the usage of nuBridges solution as it relates to customer implementations.
· Analyzes and resolves complex technical problems while practicing excellent client relation skills.
· Produce technical specifications for customizations as necessary. Think out of the box to design and concretize solutions for customers.
· Delivers training sessions to clients for applications. Enables customer success with nuBridges products by providing knowledge transfer on implemented solution to customer technical SME.
· Works with Technical Support/Services teams to resolve open issues during the client engagements.
· Collaborate with nuBridges customer support, nuBridges engineering and product development to include resolutions in future product releases.
Responsibilities:
· Strong technical acumen and the ability to learn and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on nuBridges Data Security products.
· Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in customer implementations of software products
· Experience implementing Encryption & Key Management software or other security products.
· Minimum 2 years experience & knowledge in working with the following databases:
§ SQL Server
§ Oracle 9i and above
· Minimum 2 years experience & knowledge in navigating and administering the following operating systems:
§ Unix/Linux
§ Microsoft Windows
· Experience with Internet security best practices, SSL certificate management, Key Management, Encryption and Security best practices
· Programming or Scripting experience (C/C++)
· Ability to interact at all levels of an organization.
· Must be energetic, self-confident, self motivated and ability to work independently at customer sites.
· BS in Computer Science or equivalent
Preferred:
· Working knowledge of data encryption technologies such as X.509, RSA, DSA, SHA, 3DES, AES, S/MIME, PGP, and ASN.1a plus.
· Working knowledge of Data Models, Databases & Database access mechanisms.
· CISSP, CISSM, or GSEC certification
Travel Requirements:
Candidate must be willing to travel up to 70-80%.
