Sr. Developer - Warehouse Management (WMS)

Senior Developer with Manhattan Associates or other WMS integration experience
Atlanta, GA
Contract Length 6-7 months initially

Note: open to candidates who have Vendor ASN experience if they have WMS experience even though it may not have WMOS (open systems) experience
 
Required Skills:
Experience integrating with Manhattan Warehouse Management application or similar warehouse management package; experience designing solutions using relational database; SQL skills; experience testing integration components; self starter with ability to drive resolution from beginning to end.

Preferred Skills:
Functional and technical understanding of Manhattan Warehouse Management (WMOS) application; experience with Manhattan's EIS process; Retail experience; experience integrating with SAP; experience with DB2,  XML, EDI, ASN integration formats; experience developing shell scripts and scheduling software; experience developing reports using Crystal Reporting software.

Soft  Skills Needed
Experience working in a team environment; excellent communication skills, both oral and written; experience with MS/Office products including MS/Access;
 
Detailed Description of Daily Assignment:
This position is responsible for the integration design, testing, and deployment of Logistics systems.
Specifically, this position focuses on integrating Manhattan's Open WMS solution with other legacy and SAP systems.
This position also entails working with Logistics business users and team members to understand requirements and create appropriate system designs.
Solid problem solving, planning, and communication skills are required.
