Sr. Functional Analysts (Task Leads)

Analyze existing platforms and architectures and plan and implement migration; design, build, manage and maintain systems and applications from inception through implementation; develop new products and services offerings; maintain and integrate systems and environments with other products/services; follow, enforce and maintain system life-cycle constructs and standards; lead or participate in CMMI teams.

 

Must have 7 years experience with a minimum of 3 years experience with system analysis, design and implementation in the IBM WebSphere environment.  Ability to analyze, design, develop, and implement complex on-line/real-time & transactional based systems using IBM Websphere applications.  Experience using one or more of the following Websphere applications: Portal, MQ, Content Manager, Application Server, Commerce, Workflow, SOA, etc.  Working experience using Java, Java Web Services, JSP, EJB.  Analysis skills of highly complex systems, implementing platform migrations, and performing platform upgrades are critical.  Task leadership, technical management, status reporting and staff oversight are essential.  Experience with Rational (RUP) and CMMI experience helpful.  US Citizenship required.
