As a Director of Human Resources for North America, based out of Ann Arbor, MI or Redwood City, CA, your primary mission will be to partner with local leadership to sponsor effective HR initiatives, aligning people practices with business objectives. Your HR experience will have prepared you to not only take ownership of day-to-day HR functions such as benefits renewals, recruiting and employee relations, but also to play a strategic role developing creative and consistent HR practices, spearheading a leadership development program and contributing to Tectura's global HR plans. Key to your success will be your ability to foster strong relationships with senior management and HR business partners, as well as effectively communicate ideas throughout the broader organization. Your understanding of the technology sector, coupled with experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment will enable you make an immediate impact on our organization.
