Sr. IT Recruiter (2404)

We are a South County based Information Technology services firm that is seeking experienced IT recruiters (2 or 3).  Our corporate offices are located at Tesson Ferry and Highway 270.  We are easily accessible within 30 minutes or less from most metro areas. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced recruiters that are interested in reducing their commute time while pursuing a career with a great company.

We also use some of the better recruiting tools and one of the best ATS's applications (Sendouts) available.

To be eligible, candidate must possess the following:

> 2+ years of prior recruiting experience in the IT industry
> Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word and Excel
> Excellent grammar and writing skills
> Ability, confidence and desire to cold call candidates

> Excellent communication skills
> Enthusiasm to work off-hours as needed to follow-up with candidates that can not be reached during the day

Primary Responsibilities of positions(s) include:

> Sourcing Candidates (cold call, and warm call)
> Check references and education
> Format Resumes to include all skills required within job spec
> Interview Candidates
> Update online candidate information
> Maintain candidate/employee relationships
 
It would be considered a plus if you:

> Are familiarity with Sendouts on-line customer/candidate management tools (ATS)
> Currently live in St. Louis anywhere along the 270 corridor or in South City / County
> Have established candidate relationships
