Sr. Java Architect

Dedicated Technologies, Inc. (DTI) is an award-winning regional IT consulting firm based in Columbus, Ohio.  We are growing, and we are seeking outstanding people to grow with us!We now have an opening for IT Production Support Specialists for the Cleveland area. At this time, we cannot work with any subcontractors or subcontracting firms.

Requirements:

6+ years of total IT production support and at least 3 years in one or more areas:
Incident Management

Release Engineering

Help Desk Support

Configuration Management

Production Support

Java/J2EE Development

Quality Assurance Testing

 

Preferred Technologies:
Java/J2EE

Mercury Suite of tools (Quality Center Preferred)

AS/400

Peregrine

Lotus Notes

Tomcat and JBoss Administration

Oracle 9i, 10G

Apache Administration

 

Experience in a fast-paced IT production environment with Agile/Test Driven Design methodology is preferred.

Ability to work directly for our company is required, and ability to work directly for our client after 6 months is preferred.

 

What We Need:

Selected candidates must furnish DTI with required paperwork, including (but not limited to) background check permission requests, an employment application, and profile development documents as a condition of employment.  A valid driver's license and valid, reliable transportation are both bona-fide qualifications for this position.
