Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst       Resposibilities: Your responsibility as a Monster Government Solutions Senior QA Analyst will be: Lead projects that are currently in QA. Create QA Project Estimates, Test Plans and Test Strategies Ensure appropriate proportions of Functional, Regression and Integration testing to ensure that defects are found and reported in a timely, accurate manner Involved in creation of test plans and test matrix for Hiring Management suite of products Create test strategies and test cases from requirements, use cases and design documentation and perform manual testing and automation testing Perform Web testing in a Java/ Interbase /Oracle environment Track and manage defects/status Work independently to understand business requirements and rules Interpersonal skills for interaction with development and support staff and customer areas of the company This is a position requiring individual contribution and hands-on work in a fast moving environment. The QA team is looking for Sr. QA Analyst who has both testing and automation tools experience. You will have a major role in the creation and execution of best of breed QA/Testing group to build an effective, dynamic testing capability. The Senior Quality Assurance analyst will support multiple products for our clients in solving their Human Capital Management needs. Our product managers, development team leads and QA team leads work jointly to plan, staff and enforce the quality of the products. This position will report to the Manager of QA.       Required Skills: B.A/B.S. degree preferred (preferably in statistics or computer science). Degrees in related fields will be considered Minimum 4-6 years of experience in formal testing and test management environments Experience with test planning, developing test cases and execution Experience in defect tracking, prioritization and escalation procedures Existing knowledge of SDLC and Software testing lifecycle Experience using test tools for test management and defect tracking (Test Director/Quality Center) Experience with automated testing tools (Quick Test Professional, Load Runner) Experience with relational databases and writing SQL queries Experience with various operating systems (Linux, Windows) Strong written and verbal communication skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and also MS Project U.S Citizenship   Preferred Skills:   Experience working with JAVA products 508 testing experience with JAWS Preference for experience with automation testing tools Active or expired US Government security clearance Monster Worldwide is committed to providing a safe workplace for all employees.
