Job Description:

Bi-Lingual Japanese/English SAP Functional Analyst, SD Sales and Service

Our direct client is seeking a Sr. SAP Functional Analyst with expertise in SD Sales & Service, bilingual English/Japanese with 5+ years working in a global manufacturing environment.

The project will be focused on order entry process, spare parts distribution, and service call dispatching in the SAP solution.

The consultant will work with the client and internal customers to determine what gaps exist between Japan**s working model and the current solution that is already rolled-out elsewhere. Successful candidates for this contract will understand the SAP document flow of sales orders, stock transport orders, and service orders (a plus).

Web meetings will be to review changes made on the system in the US and to get confirmation from the Japanese team.

There will be a conference room pilot where the entire process will be exercised to obtain sign-off on the solution.

The consultant will need to be able to help work with issues brought to the table from the team in Japanand be knowledgeable and sensitive to cultural nuances.

Travel to Japanplus phone and Web meetings are required. Contractor must have a valid passport.

Firm contract start date: June 9, 2008; Rate + expense on a 1099 OR Corp-2-Corp Contract.
