The Senior SAP SD configuration Analyst will work closely with the SD / CRM / SC teams to develop a Global Templates for Order to Cash Process in CCE. The Senior SAP SD configuration Analyst will be capable of handling the complete project viz: requirements gathering, functional specifications, development specifications, business process improvement, project management and handover. Part of the responsibilities is to understand the future SAP technology and delivered functionality, and to define how these will contribute to the success of the CCE business. The candidate should be able to do Requirement/Gap Analysis; resolve Gaps; customize system; provide knowledge transfer to User Environment; Develop Documentation and Training Material; Good Knowledge of Integration with Other Modules and participate in Integration testing and pilot. Responsibilities:Configures and maintains documentation for CCE Global Template for various OTC Processes. Work side by side with CCE business team members and consultants to understand their detailed requirements that support their business in order to design and configure the software Works closely with the CRM/SC team so that the R/3 design and the CRM/SC processes are consistent. Develop detailed functional specifications for FRICE objects and perform functional unit testing. Create and maintain test scripts and participate in integration testing with appropriate end-user and technical groups. Manage and ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer of SAP skills in the assigned area. Provide technical consultation with business users. Identifies and track outstanding project issues through resolution. Ensures the completion and quality of all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Develops quality assurance test plans. Ensures functional and technical (including stress testing) are all performed. Occasional travel may be required. Act as an mentor for the Junior members of the team Requirements:5+ years hands on configuration experience in SAP 4.6 and above preferably ECC in SD configuration in the following areas REQUIRED.Orders, Contracts, Quotes, Inquiry, Contracts, Rebates, promotions Understanding of Customer, Materials and other master data and their integration to various SAP modules. Should have good working knowledge on various OTC scenarios viz. Standard Orders, Inter-company, Third Party Sales, Cash Sales, Free goods and Bonus Buy etc. Pricing procedures with standard and non-standard SAP fields; condition types; requirements; as well as account determination procedures with PA feed; taxes (jurisdiction codes & internally defined SAP codes), accruals (e.g. sales commissions) and discounts. Availability check & TOR, material Substitution/determination, copy control etc Product proposals, Listing, output/partner determination Credit management, Integration with FI and SD, MM specific settings Delivery processing and related configuration similar to Sales Orders. Working Knowledge of SD Variants, SAP CRM, SAP CS and SAP solution manager is desirable Exposure to SAP transportation module. Experience with functional design and interfaces EDI / IDOC or with external systems is a plus Two full cycle SAP implementation on a project which included SAP SD & CRM especially versions 4.6 and higher. Strong Microsoft Application suite knowledge (Project, Excel, Visio, PPT, Word etc…) Ability to deliver quality projects on time work in a fast paced environment. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills with experience conducting workshops to facilitate continuous improvement in the implemented design
