Sr. Software Developer - Six Sigma Applications

SigmaPro, Inc., is a privately held management consulting firm located in Fort Collins, Colorado.  SigmaPro delivers training and consulting services to manufacturing and service companies throughout the world. Our practice areas include Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma and Lean Sigma consulting and training.



SigmaPro is seeking a highly qualified individual to assist with consulting, training and software development.  The successful candidate will have strong communications skills, previous Black Belt certification from a reputable company, and have experience in software development. The position involves training, consulting, software development, and customer support – all on statistical and Six Sigma methods.  Desirable technical skills are in the areas of multivariate statistical analysis, design of experiments, matrix computations, simulation and optimization.  Familiarity with Visual Studio .NET including Visual Basic, C#, MySQL, SQL Server, and ASP.NET would be advantageous.



Ability to deliver effective technical training to engineers and managers is strongly desired. A background in quality improvement, quality tools, and Six Sigma is strongly desired.  The ideal educational background is a BS in a technical discipline with an MS in statistics/computer science.  A four-year technical degree is required with an advanced degree in a technical discipline preferred.  An attractive compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s background.
