Sr Software/Systems Engineer

Description:Requirements: As part of the product engineering team, formulates and defines specifications for complex operating software programming applications and/or modifies complex existing applications using engineering releases and utilities from the manufacturer. Responsible for operating system applications, such as sophisticated file maintenance routines, large networks, computer accounting, and advanced software packages. Conducts "first build" tests and works with operations team to ensure smooth implementation. Documents process and delivers final disposition.Qualifications:Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least 5 years of experience in IT or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Prior experience in product engineering required as well as in-depth knowledge of Windows environments (Windows Server 2000/2003/2008, Exchange 2003/2007, Windows 2000/XP/Vista). Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
