JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Sales person for our IT staffing business, someone who enjoys the challenges and rewards of finding new clients and who is adept at maintaining client relationships. Our focus is on identifying Sales Person who enjoys making cold calls, does not mind being on road all the time, succeeds in developing business opportunities with middle tier,  senior managers in financial services, and high-technology companies for IT staff augmentation.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include new client development MAINLY through your existing personal relations with the clients, and building new relationships to sell IT staff augmentation services. Duties will involve generating leads, cold calling, marketing material preparation, face-to-face meetings etc. This is an ideal position for a high energetic, ambitious and result - oriented person who enjoys challenges and rewards.

 

REQUIREMENT

- Must be capable of bringing existing relationships to the table. An experience working in similar capacity with active contacts in IBM or NYSE would be highly desirable. 

- Minimum 3 years experience of new client / business development for the IT STAFFING industry with proven record of high achievements.

- Must be someone who actively markets, and is not hesitant in making lot of cold calls.

- Strong experience in Account penetration.

- Good familiarity of technical skills to be able to coordinate discussions.

- Time management skills are a must.

- Must be a very stable, process oriented person.

- Would be required to report on his/her activities, achievement metrics to upper management on a weekly basis.
