Job Description:

Manage the recruitment process up to the offer stage.
Build and maintain a recruitment pipeline for specific client groups
Work with managers to compile resourcing plans for each vacancy and monitor success of plans
Advise managers on job profile completion including relevant competency requirements

Proactive sourcing of candidates via appropriate Web sites
Recommend appropriate job boards and recruitment channels for the region
Post all job vacancies internally on the intranet and externally on recruitment internet job boards and monitor responses.
Short list and interview candidates up to department manager level
Provide Management information relating to recruitment pipeline

Candidate database management
Write and or update Job Descriptions in conjunction with business partners.
Liaise with managers to arrange suitable interview timetable
Conduct psychometric and ability tests where appropriate
Develop and manage assessment centre recruitment activities, open days and attend job fairs etc as appropriate

Qualifications:
5-7 years corporate recruiting experience.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working in a global team environment
ATS experience
