Stellent/Oracle Content Management Developer/Administrator JOB DESCRIPTION: Seeking an Oracle UCM (Stellent Content Server) Developer specializing in Enterprise Content Management. This position will involve the migration of an existing Stellent 6.5 Content Server implementation to Oracle UCM. The upgrade will require an overhaul/rewrite of existing customizations to make them compatible with the latest version of UCM. In addition, the position will involve day to day maintenance and administration of the system, as well as ongoing development. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision, either independently or with a small group. Good communication skills are required, both written and verbal, as the candidate will frequently work strategically with senior management, as well as business people. SKILLS REQUIRED:  Demonstrated proficiency of Stellent and Oracle Content Management Products from Stellent Content Server 6.2/6.5 through the latest version of Oracle UCM   Must have 5 years of core programming experience in ASP or Java (or related technology), as well as a minimum of 1 year of current Stellent/Oracle development experience   Full understanding of Content Server/UCM security models, including authentication through third party methods   Full understanding of Content Server metadata, including content types, custom information fields and user metadata   Knowledge of document and content management and workflow processes   Strong IDOC scripting skills   Strong HTML, JSP, CSS, JavaScript and Java Applet skills   Strong ASP or Java programming skills   Working knowledge of Inbound Refinery and TIF to PDF Conversion   Experience with Component Development and customizations is a must   Must have good knowledge of web servers, especially IIS   Strong testing, debugging and documentation skills   Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience  ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS:  Content Server Administration skills   Knowledge of Content Server Clustering   Microsoft SQL Database knowledge   Knowledge of multiple technology platforms and protocols such as: J2EE, .NET, EJB, SOAP, CORBA, COM / DCOM    To view additional job opportunities with TAC Worldwide Companies, please visit us at www.tacworldwide.com
