Store Support Analyst (Entry-level)

Biscuitville, Inc is a growing quick service restaurant chain with 50 locations in North Carolina and Virginia.  Due to our growth we are currently accepting resumes for a Store Support Analyst in our Greensboro NC corporate office.

 

This position requires outstanding customer service skills and a solid background in Windows technologies.  Support will be based from our Greensboro office, with frequent travel (20 – 30% in NC and VA) to stores sites to provide technical support and maintenance services.

 

Responsibilities:

 Provide help desk support for restaurants in an environment that consists of Windows XP and XP Embedded. Response to help request either by phone or email and follow-through on all assigned tickets to meet/exceed expectations.Troubleshoot hardware and software related to various store systems.Answer questions about store systems. Respond to issues with store systems either remotely or on site.Make changes to store enterprise system as needed.Install or assist in replacement of restaurant technology equipment in existing and new restaurant locations.Enter trouble tickets in a timely and accurate manner.Participate in a preventive maintenance schedule.Work closely with PAR registers systems and applications.Update prices, inventory items, register and video layouts, making restaurant programming changes to modifying pricing, configuration, recipes   and limited time offers. Participate in the development of new technologies and standards.

 

Required Technical skills include proficiency with Windows XP, Windows XP administration and understanding of networking concepts and relations.  Must have experience with MS Office. It will be an advantage to have skills in  A+, NET+ and MCDST.
