Company: Whole Foods Market Career Level: Entry Level Location: US-CO-Denver Job Category: Food Services/Hospitality Job Description Your role as a Store Systems Integrator will include maintaining the function of all store computers, networks, cash register systems, and scales. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.  Pay is dependent upon experience starting around $14 per hour. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Maintain an accurate scan file through regular store audits, completing audits at least three times per year. 2. Provide good customer service through accurate pricing. 3. Keep store in compliance with all applicable sales tax codes. 4. Provide Specialists with tracking of all sale items. 5. Maintain and update scale files and pricing. 6. Enforce regional price policies. 7. Ensure all signage is accurate and concise. 8. Establish and maintain scanning policies and procedures. 9. Train Specialists in scanning ethics. 10. Document all new items, sales, price changes, etc. 11. Order scanning and computer supplies. 12. Assist in maintaining codebook. 13. Support all in-store systems, including BASS, e-mail, basic PC/MAC, Kronos, and network. Train TM's on these systems where applicable. 14. Support all in-store equipment, including PC's (hardware/software), printers, modems, time clocks, and registers. 15. Oversee and maintain computer security for all Team Members. 16. Attend all team and store meetings. 17. Perform other duties, as assigned.   Knowledge, skills and abilities required: 1. Very good computer skills. 2. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. 3. Ability to work under pressure. 4. Ability to delegate tasks 5. Have an eye for detail. 6. Ability to communicate effectively.   Working conditions: 1. Standing and walking for extended periods of time, up to 8-10 hours. 2. Bending, stooping, climbing. 3. Mental and physical dexterity. 4. Unassisted heavy lifting. 5. Use of box cutters. 6. Use of ladders. 7.
