Specific industry expertise/experience is an advantage, not a full requirement.Experience Summary: In addition to managing successful relationships with staff, teams, vendors and customers, candidate should have proven knowledge of Business Process Redesign analysis principles that improve efficiencies and customer satisfaction by increasing automation, decreasing iteration, and eliminating redundancy. Early maturity in project management skills that reflect an in depth understanding of formulating a business strategy and creating a technology roadmap to facilitate and enhance the business strategy. Experience with designing product requirements and specifications. Software Implementation and evaluations of vendor offerings and product deployment planning. Experience in IT portfolio management concepts and a basic understanding of how IT governance is used to run IT organizations. Relevant Experience with evaluating current state processes and designing both future state processes and future state requirements for clients in addition to creating business cases for both business and IT investments. Knowledge of financial data, analyst reports, capital markets, operations, legacy and SOA infrastructure, nascent technology, and the business uses, cases, and strategies to leverage these topics. Business: Grasp key client issues based on fact-gathering activities and develop sound analyses and hypotheses. Business: Analyze business application packages and vendors, analyze and/or define business process models and design a high-level structure of a solution. Management: Lead a high-performance team of 3-5 resources (CSC, client, and third-party resources), in your area of expertise, to successful conclusion of a project phase. Technical: Maintain current knowledge and understanding of technical industry trends, best practices, and market experience with IT-enabled business capabilities. Relationship Management: Establish credibility at all levels within the client and build problem-solving partnerships with the client and colleagues. Leverage: Understand the sales process, its information and support requirements, and assist business developers in identifying or qualifying leads.
