Job Description: 

Provides troubleshooting assistance and ticket resolution for personal computer users. Works as part of technical team that will need to  do a wide range of functions: Unboxing, imaging, configuring, data collection deploying and installing of IT devices. Will need to perform follow up to ensure device is tested and working properly.
