Support Analyst

PeopleSource, LLC has an opening for a full time Help Desk/Support Analyst with a company located in NW OKC.  Primary Duties/Responsibilities will be: Answer calls and emails from entire customer base.Determine source of issue, if it can be resolved at Tier 1 level Work with resource manager to escalate issues that will be resolved at Tier 2/3 levelWork with engineering team to provide information on issues being escalatedServer administration (new account setup, change passwords, backup issues)Communication with Telco's on circuit or DSL outagesDocument all calls/resolutions in ticketing system for future referenceInteracts with staff on internal support issues Job Requirements: High School Degree Required.Qualification Requirements: 3-5 years experience with Windows 2000/XP Desktop Platforms, Windows 2000 / 2003 ServerExperience with Vista would be niceExperience with Office 2000/2003/2007Maintains quality customer service skills, STRONG work ethic and must be a team player with the ability to work independently.Must have excellant communication skills and organizational skills and can demonstrate problem-solving skills. Experience Requirements:
