Support Center Technician

As a Support Center Technician you will work in a Help Desk Environment and be responsible for supporting internal and external customers with installation, programming, and troubleshooting of refrigeration and HVAC products that our clients sell to retailers. Customer visits maybe required with the possibility of overnight travel, as well as rotational on-call responsibilities. Day to day activities include answering telephone inquires from customers, updating the call tracking system, and being available off hours and holiday on a rotating basis. You MUST have industry experience in refrigeration and/or HVAC. And have great communication skills, and maintain a personal appearance and demeanor at all times.
