Support Engineer – Boundless Network

 

Boundless Network is the fastest growing company in the $20B highly fragmented promotional products industry.  The company has developed a unique distributor business model and an industry leading technology platform that is changing how companies buy and use promotional products to build brand equity.  The company is now searching for a support engineer for our fast growing, technology-enabled promotional products startup located in downtown Austin.

Responsibilities: Work closely with both clients and internal teams to assist and resolve desktop, network and application level issues Manage multiple projects and support tickets quickly and efficiently, supporting 100+ Windows users across the country Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction with the support team while problems are resolved

 

Requirements: 2+ years experience in desktop support or similar role Expert-level familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to serving the customer Experience with computer builds and hardware troubleshooting Experience with network setup and troubleshooting CompTIA A+ Certification, or the willingness to attain certification within a year

Pluses: Experience administering Active Directory Experience supporting MS Dynamics GP, Salesforce.com, and/or general Windows applications Experience with a helpdesk or issue tracking system
