Support Specialist

Our company is experiencing high growth in a dynamic and challenging government environment.  Position is available for a Technical Support Specialist to add to a highly skilled team in the area of Biometrics. 

The technical support specialist will provide project support including data entry, data analysis and quality assurance.  To succeed in this position, a candidate must possess strong analytical skills, an understanding of technical support, have a technical background and be very detailed oriented.

 

The position also requires excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and organization skills and problem solving abilities, along with proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

 

College Degree and 1 to 3 years IT experience required.

 

Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to pass a background check and obtain a security clearance.  Military experience and either experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects or knowledge of biometrics would be a plus.

 

Position is located in Tinton Falls, NJ.
